A signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between Hohhot municipal government and Singapore Mactus was held in Hohhot, the capital city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Nov 13.
Singapore Mactus specializes in multimedia and culture industries, and owns marketing, theme park design and operation rights on many world-renowned cartoon image derivative products and services.
At the ceremony, the two sides reached an agreement to cooperate on building a “smart space city” project, construction of a commercial center, and various cultural and creative plans.
