Job Duties

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of attractions
  • Staff management
  • Strategic planning and development of ideas to achieve and improve customer experiences and employee satisfaction
  • Monitoring health and safety regulations, along with good risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers
  • Financial management through effective budgetary and financial strategies
  • Oversee or take sole responsibility for the marketing of the attraction for potential business development opportunities
  • Able to maintain and develop professional relationships with government and external partners
  • Liaise with contractors for the installation and integration of facilities
  • Be constantly aware of developments in the industry (both internal and external), such as changes in legislation

Requirement

  • Preferably a degree/diploma/postgraduate diploma in business/management; engineering; facilities management; hotel and catering or hospitality management; leisure, travel or tourism management; marketing 
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a similar industry
  • Proven working experience as in attractions management
  • Driver for results and leadership skills
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgements
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Proven ability of financial management and strong attention to details
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Chinese

Job Duties

  • Develop and manage operation budget while exercising cost and expense control
